I launched the Consumer business at HP in 1995. Everything had to be set up as a new entity. And then went on to build my expertise in different environments: new Brand launch at Navigon, new continental category launch at Comtrend, strategic regional alliances at Kodak. I have predicted, witnessed and participated in the retail transformation that is taking place with other new players and formats.
I have been recognized as a deep expert in retailing. I have created processes and business practices in operations (Logistic Service Providers), Sales (Extended Sales Force), In Store design (projects with Carrefour, El Corte Ingles). I have advised retailers and VC funds. I defined HP Store. I actually created an Internet Retailer and managed it for several months
I have managed Consumer & Retail business in many different geographies. Western Europe, Greece & Turkey, Latin America, etc … I have been able to close agreements with companies from all these countries. I also have engaged with most retail formats. Specialized, Convenience, Stationery, CES, Hard Discount, Electronic, Dept. Stores, etc …
