the challenge

Navigon was a newcomer in the PND (Personal Navigation Devices) market, dominated those days by Tom Tom. The challenge was to get listed by leading retailers, assuming that this is a small category. In France, Portugal or Spain was to get accepted displayed and promoted by market leaders. In Italy, find the right distributors. In Greece and Turkey, get exclusive importers to manage channels and promotional activities on our behalf.

the results

I achieved for Navigon presence in key retailers: FNAC, Darty (France), El Corte Inglés, Carrefour (Spain), Worten (Portugal). I also set master distributors and representatives in Italy, Greece and Turkey.
